If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please feel free to contact us directly. 

We will be happy to address your concerns, and give you the option to either; 1. have us ship out a replacement product or 2. return the product to us for a full refund of the purchase price, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to send the product back to us. Restocking fee of 10% will apply.

If we accidentally sent you the wrong product or the incorrect amount, please let us know. We will quickly send you out the correct product or the additional casings needed to fulfill your order. 

Conditions to the Satisfaction Guarantee: 

The customer, you, has 10 days from receipt to examine the product. If the customer chooses to return the product to us, it must be in the same condition in which we shipped it to the customer and not processed in any way.

Guarantees and warranties are only valid for the customer who originally purchased the products. A transfer or resale of the products to a third party voids all warranties and guarantees. Products that are transferred or resold are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. 

Your shipping address must match your billing address. Fraudulent card holders use this scheme often.
