This special and rare brass is part of The Brass King’s private collection and is from his days as a High Power Shooter on the Arizona Rifle Team.
Specifically, this is 7.62mm Lake City M118 Match Brass from 1982. If you are an old school high powered shooter, you will certainly know what this is. It was developed in 1965 and it is what US snipers used in Vietnam and in many other places.
It was the go to ammo for almost every Military and Civilian shooting team in the country for many years. Lake City brass, was widely regarded as the best manufacture at the time. It is harder than Federal and Winchester brass. You could get up to 8 reloads of shooting out of the M14, and you could probably double that if you were firing it out of a bolt rifle.
What makes this brass so unique is that the primer pockets are not crimped like all other military brass. Making this a breeze to reload. We purposefully left the cases in their original condition so you can see the red primer sealer and that this is truly once fired brass.
This is VERY LIMITED brass, and we only have a small stock of it. Once it is gone, it’s gone. We suggest you hurry and grab yourself a lot!
